Have you tried School Group Ordering?
You can make running a Book Club very simple by setting up a School Group Order. All you have to do is open up a basket and parents can add their orders and pay online.

Important: Order deadlines
School Group Orders, should be set up at least 3 weeks before the leaflets you are ordering from are due to close.
This is to allow you enough time to collect in all your pupils' order forms as you will need to confirm your order one week prior to the leaflet close date.
