Amending your order

You can change your order at any time before you check out. You can either amend your order from your Order summary page, the Quick Shop order form or the Master order form.

You can also re-open a confirmed order from the Order History page or the Place an order page

  • Orders that have not yet been sent to the order processing system will be listed with a re-open order link
  • You can only re-open an order that you have confirmed
  • Orders are available to be re-opened until 05:00 next working day
  • An order can only be re-opened if you have no items currently in your basket
  • When you checkout a re-opened order you will receive an updated confirmation email
  • Order payment will only be charged once on the most recent confirmed order
